Paulinus Chinedu Ozorgwu is an experienced Environmental and Social Management Consultant. He is Skilled in Sustainable Development, Environmental Compliance Training and Monitoring, Environmental & Social Impact Assessment and Audit, Hazardous Waste Management and Water Quality.  He holds a Bachelors Degree (Second Class Upper Honours) in Microbiology from the University of Nigeria Nsukka (U.N.N) and a Masters Degree in Environmental Management from the University of Lagos, Nigeria. He is an Environmental Data & Process Analyst with over 20 years experience

Paulinus started his career in environmental and social management in 2001 at Enville Environmental Consultants Ltd, Lagos, a pioneer firm in Environmental Consultancy in Nigeria under the tutelage of Prof. Awele Maduemezia, in various aspects of environmental studies, research and management. He participated actively in many ESIA/EIA projects and successfully made presentations before ESIA/EIA Report Review Panels. He prepared over 50 Environmental Audit Reports and Environmental Management Plans as well as Compliance Monitoring Reports and Training for several companies across Nigeria including but not limited to Nigeria Breweries Plc, Nigeria Bottling Company Plc, PW Nigeria Ltd, Julius Berger Nigeria Plc, Chevron Nigeria Ltd, Beta Glass Industries etc.

Paulinus served as Environmental Consultant and Adviser to the Enugu State Waste Management Authority (ESWAMA), from 2008 to 2010 and successfully carried out the first Environmental Management System Audit for the Agency.

Later in 2010, he joined Sahel Consult Ltd, Abuja as a Partner and served as Team Leader/Member in the many accomplished environmental projects executed by Sahel Consult Ltd from 2010 to date.

Paulinus is trained by the World Bank on its Environmental and Social Standards and have successfully delivered assigned tasks by the Bank and the African Development Bank.
