Onyekwere Ojike holds a PhD degree (Agricultural and Bioresources Engineering) from University of Nigeria, Nsukka with research interest in Agriculture, Forestry and other Land use (AFOLU), Renewable Energy, Energy Efficiency, waste to Energy conversion, Biomass/Biogas Production, as well as in Food and Bioprocess Engineering. He is presently a Senior Lecturer in Agricultural and Bioresources Engineering of University of Nigeria Nsukka and also holds a parallel appointment with Africa Centre of Excellence for Sustainable Power and Development (ACE-SPED) and Biomedical Engineering Department. Presently, he is the Intellectual Property and Technology Transfer Officer of ACE-SPED. He is a team member of Nigerian Deep decarbonization Pathways (DDP) project for development of Nigerian long term low emission development strategies (LT-LEDS) and part of several grants on renewable energy in the university. He has several international research publications and has equally, participated in many professional conferences and workshops. He was a researcher with National Centre for Energy research and development, University of Nigeria, Nsukka.
